IFTTT Milk Script not working
Heya,
Looks like the IFTTT Milk Script integration has stopped working again :( at least my activity log in IFTTT just says "the was a problem" when it runs. Appears to have been down for 3 days now. I also think this is the 3rd time it's gone down in the last 6 months, would it be possible to have some automatic check/notification added so that we aren't waiting for user reports to get this resolved?

Thanks for reporting these! We do have automatic checks but it's possible they're missing something specific, so I put in a word with the development team yesterday.
For MilkScript, it would be helpful to confirm whether it's failing every time or intermittently? Just as another data point, it was not working for me yesterday (failed intermittently) but it is working consistently for me today.
I'll keep watch for an update about those and will keep you posted about IFTTT as well. 💙

I still can't get my triggers in IFTTT to work with RTM. I reconnected once via an email sent to me and was able to create a new task in RTM but ever since it's the same problem. I do in in IFTTT, The Jira trigger hits with the payload, and RTM flakes out at the request. Can I get some help with this?

Hi gowerc,
Sorry to hear that! Are you able to contact us with some specifics so we can see how we can reproduce this on our end?
We'd love to see if we can resolve this more fully for you. Thanks! 💙

Interesting that for me several days triggers weren't working. And also the status in IFTTT days rtm was disconnected, and reconnecting from IFTTT want working for several days
Then just now I tried reconnecting from IFTTT and it all works fine again
Like something is repeatedly failing every few days

Hi cblupo,
Sorry to hear that! We received an email with a similar report, and are looking into this. I'm not sure if it is only affecting some accounts or connects to specific services aside from Remember The Milk or what…
I tested earlier today and just now and haven't experienced any interruptions, so we'll be eager to see what is happening for you and others. Sorry we don't have a better update yet! 💙
If you have any specifics you can share, either here or by email we'd love to compare notes. Thanks again!
