Tag Contents on Phone and PC Don't Match

I was just at Home Depot and went to my Home Depot tag to see what I needed. I felt like there were some things missing from the tag, but a search didn't bring them up, even when I searched from All Tasks.
I double checked when I got home, and the contents of the Home Depot tag on my phone and PC don't match. The sidebar on my PC says there are 4 items in the tag, but when I look at the actual items in the tag, there are 5. Only 2 are showing in the tag on my phone.
The items not showing aren't new additions. Two of them were added over a year ago.
