This might be possible. It would require using your zap to run a script, and your script collecting that text and adding it as a note (or adding a subtask).

It's not possible to do this with Zapier, but MilkScript could do both of these things, and you can use "external" data in your script, and you can run your script via Zapier, so it would be possible with some careful planning. 😅
