In my country we have more than 1 clock time (I forgot how to say it in English). I´ve changed it (both até GMT -3) and now GTM is working again!

Where there is more than one timezone in a country, it's important to make sure that you have the correct timezone for your location (as different timezones may have different daylight savings times, etc).
