Tasks very overdue

I'm struggling to input a criteria using 'duebefore' to get tasks that are more than, say 7 days overdue. I can use 'today' or 'yesterday', but what do I use to find 7 days ago, or 30 days ago?

Unfortunately it's not possible to use a relative date range like this (X days/weeks ago etc.) in the past, sorry.

It would be possible to set it manually—dueBefore:2024-08-01 or similar—and then to adjust that manually, but I understand that's not as convenient, sorry! 💙
