RTM no longer works on Android Jellybean 4.1 :(

Sorry that the app update no longer works on Android 4.1. Our understanding is that Google Play changed some of the minimum versions on their end and we are looking into the minimum version currently.
We're sorry for the inconvenience. If your device is able to be updated that may help continue to use the app on that device.
