Currently the iCalendar Events feed creates a 1-hour busy event for each task. It's not currently possible to change that status, sorry.
We'd love to know more about how you're using Google Calendar that this affects you, for example which screen shows that status ("find a time"?) or similar. We can't necessarily support all calendar apps' features but we can make sure our iCalendar is working as well as possible in all apps! 😅
