Miksync on treo 700w not working?

I have downloaded milksync pocketpc version to my treo. When I click on the sync button of milksync, i get a message saying "The server has requested a full sync. This may take a few minutes, ..." and then the program shuts down before I can respond.

Would it be possible to contact us and provide the following information?

1) Would it be possible to send the error log from MilkSync? (This is found under 'Menu' then 'Tools' then 'Logging'.)

2) Do you have any other synchronization software installed on your device?
