Saw a couple mentions of wanting a dark theme. The following browser extension automatically generates a pretty good dark theme:

Warning: it can use a lot of resources if you have it turned on for all sites, so you may want to configure it to activate for only RTM.

Obviously, this only works for the web app, not the desktop apps.
