Occasional 'No connection' message in Android

I am working with RTM on PC and Android. I see no problems with RTM on PC but I observe often and often 'No connection' message in Android (the same for wi-fi or packet data) and syncing with RTM on PC doesn't work.
It happens once a week or so. There aren't any connection problems with other apps. I was logging out/in, the app was reinstalled a few times for last weeks but the problem recurs after some time.
I see similar problems in the forum mentioned >10 years ago but in accordance with it install/uninstall is the only way out. Any idea how can I debug this problem?
