... actually lol ... still thank you ... but my question is more of an outlook question, i suppose ... i realize what functions to use for new tasks that i want to email into rtm ... but as of now i have about 500 tasks in outlook that i'd like to port into rtm and i'm not sure how to do that other than manually ... which i've been attempting, quite painstakingly :-/ any help would be most appreciated! :-)

I think about the best you can do is export the tasks from Outlook to text, chop them up so there's just one task per line, and then use the bulk import email address. I am not aware of any better method. This will not let you assign any attributes at the time of import, but it will get the text into RTM where you can add them yourself. Remember multiedit mode for that.

So it is not possible to add a due date per task with multiple import by email...

hmmm something to think about ... thanks for the help :-) i ended up doing it manually ... hopefully none of this will be necessary, though, after we get milksync 2003 up and running :-) thanks again!
