Using a Smartlist to see a complete list of Tasks and Subtasks

Hey, I have a number of Tasks with Subtasks, I also use Tags for organizing my Tasks. I am trying to use a Smart List to see a single list of Tasks and Subtasks based on tags and at the moment I can only seem to get a list with Tasks or a list with Subtasks, I cant manage to get a list with both... hopefully that makes sense? (and someone can help)

It's not possible to see the subtasks alongside the tasks in the task list, sorry.
When both show in the same view, the subtasks will be shown inside the parent task.
