Reminders not issuing

Thanks for getting in touch. You may want to look at both the Daily Digest and Reminders sections to make sure they are both set up the way you want.
The Daily Digest is the option for tasks without a due time (e.g. "for tasks due 'today' please remind me at 9:00 or 3:00", etc.), and the Reminders are the options for tasks with a due time (e.g. "remind me at the start time and also 5 minutes before the due time")
