The best way to do this is to have each person receiving reminders have their own account, be able to set up their own reminders, and then use shared lists and given tasks to set tasks for them to be reminded of.

It is also possible to add someone's number to your own account too, with those same steps for setting up reminders, but you should only do this with their consent. In this case though, they would receive all reminders enabled for your account, so it may not be what you're looking for but it may be good for extra reminders for your single account.
