Hi! I've got such big plans for RTM on task management within my 3 person accounting office. As beautiful as RTM is.. It falls short of a few primary things I need.. (or maybe it's my knowledge falling short!)

-Add tasks through Thunderbird (or Outlook)

-Add tasks for someone else.

-Trade tasks (say it's normally, my task.. but I'll be out on Monday, so I need someone else to do it)

-Reminders for # day of every month, unless the #th is on a weekend or holiday.. Then the day before/after. Most useful for:
- 941 deposits
- bi-weekly payroll

I found a Greasemonkey script that allowed me to add Google calendar items via Thunderbird (keep track of time and set up appointments for others). I've been on the lookout for something similar for RTM! I can't wait to see what PRO features will be added.
