Date detection
When I add a task date detection is off in the task list.
If I add a task with with either ^ or using the smart add "get milk today", it will add the task, but show up a day earlier than i entered in the task list. Same if I specify the day (Wednesday) it will show up a day earlier in the task list (Tuesday).
I have a default field for new tasks set to due today. When I add a new task, it shows up as due yesterday.
Seems like an off by 1 error.
I am on travel and shifted time zones, so not sure if that caused an issue.

Yes, the timezones would have caused this. Mismatched timezones can throw off the timing of your tasks since they are stored with your account timezone.
