Hello!

Am I only one who has this situation.

I log in - do some stuff (add tasks, mark as complete, add list) Then log out form RTM.

And when I log on back all changes are back to previous state.

Thank you.

janis.janums, thank you for reporting this issue. Would it be possible to let us know the following:

1) Which browser and operating system are you using, and do you have any browser extensions installed?

2) Are you using Google Gears?

3) Are you receiving any errors while using the application?

Thanks!

Hi
1) Firefox 2.0.0.6 & WinXP

2)Im not using Google gears for RTM.

For test purposes i installed Google gears (a while ago) for Google Reader but im not using it.

Also in RTM if I click on "Offline" then it shows message that i need to install Google gears. Cancelled it.

3)Nope I dont receive any error messages. Everything works fine untill I log on back to RTM.

Thanks.

It seem that this problem has to do something with google gears.

It may also be worth clearing your browser's cache (if you haven't already) and seeing if that makes a difference.

Please let us know if you find anything that seems to be related to Google Gears.

Not a problem :) I'm glad that it's working again for you.

I don't suppose you know which version of Google Gears you had installed? (They released a new one recently, so I'm just wondering if it was the latest version or an earlier one.) We would love to do some testing and see if we can figure out where the problem might be.

Thanks!
