Thanks for getting in touch. We haven't heard of this before so apologies if I ask a few things you may have already tried!

First, using the print button at the top of the task list is necessary to get to the print view; using File > Print etc in the browser wouldn't work.

Also, in Firefox you may want to try switching to the system print dialog in the bottom of the Print screen. That may make a difference—and we'd love to know if so!

If this continues though, could you contact us so we could get a screenshot and some other details to track this down?
