Android Widget Microphone is diabled

I switched to a new Samsung Galaxy A52 with Android 11 and noticed that the microphone icon in the smart bar widget of RTM is disabled.
Then I found that there is a topic (https://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/help/24737/) describing the exact problem, but since one year there is no news from RTM, when they said, that they are looking into this.
I quite shocked that a bug is know for so long and not fixed or explained why it could not be fixed. Instead the topic is closed
I am a Pro-Member for over a decade now, mostly because of this feature.
Please give us some input.
