impossible to add a contact

another problem, with the alerts:

dliz, thanks for reporting this. Would it be possible to contact us and let us know your contact's username? We can check things out on our end and see what's happening here.
Regarding reminders: there was a temporary problem with the MSN network earlier today. I'm sorry for the inconvenience -- it should be online once again (also worth mentioning is that sometimes it can appear offline but still be sending the reminders, although that wasn't the case today).
