keyboard navigation - move task between lists
buckbrody says:
Is there anyway to move tasks between lists using the keyboard? This seems to be the one step in processing my inbox that necessitates the use of a mouse.

Sorry, there's no keyboard shortcut for moving lists currently. Depending on how many lists you have, it might be possible to tab quickly to the 'More Actions' dropdown, if that helps at all.
Buck Brody - I like your idea, but I thought I'd offer another approach to see if it might be helpful to you.
I have essentially two lists - inbox and everything else. After that, I have a slew of smart lists.
One of my smartlists is a view of untagged items in the inbox. When I come back to RTM, I move through the items there, until that smart list is empty. Then I go into the inbox, select all, and dump everything there into the everything else list.
My smartlists use tags and various other criteria to give me the slices I want to then go and do stuff.
Just an idea...

ranbarton, thanks for this idea.
I've created a smart list that filters the Inbox for untagged items. I saved it as "Process" and made it my default list. I send tasks to RTM using text messages from my Treo via Twitter (nothing fancy, just "d rtm buy milk") or via Gmail using the inbox address. On my Process list, if I add a due date, it gets filtered by a smart list called "Tickler"; if I add a tag (@errands), it falls off the Process list.
So far I'm just leaving stuff in my Inbox (a big GTD no no!) because I don't like reaching for the mouse to move stuff to another list! I never look at it now anyway.
Thanks!
