We're not familiar with any specific conflicts with Companionlink, but you may want to pay special attention to how it connects with your Outlook tasks.

As you download MilkSync you may also want to pay special attention to our "make backups" notes, so that you have a backup of Outlook and Remember The Milk (and Companionlink?) in case anything goes awry.
