You can use the following searches for those Smart Lists:
This week: dueWithin:"1 week of today" OR dueBefore:today
Next week: dueWithin:"1 month of 1st"
This (calendar) month: dueWithin:"1 month of 1st"
This month (a month from now): dueWithin:"1 month of today"
Next month: dueWithin:"2 months of 1st" NOT dueWithin:"1 month of 1st"
