Bug: Search for tag and click on "xx completed" sometimes returns wrong results
Hi!
'Sometimes' RTM gives wrong results when I click on a tag on tag cloud and then click on the 'xx completed'.
Example:
I clicked on on a tag '066', and the search 'tag:066' returned 2 incomplete and 3 completed tasks. Screenshot here: http://blacksir.googlepages.com/rtm-bug-1a.gif
Then I clicked on '3 completed' link and expected to see 3 completed tasks, but RTM returned 11 completed tasks. Screenshot here: http://blacksir.googlepages.com/rtm-bug-1b.gif
3 of those 11 tasks are expected, but others (8 tasks in this example) always somehow related to previous searches. This result is not 100% reproducible. Looks like RTM sometimes (often) doesn't clears some internal variable before search and this leads to completed results shown as combination of 2 or more previous searches. This bug is almost 100% reproducible if I click on 3 arbitrary tags in tag cloud and then click on 'xx completed'.
As opposed to this, search like 'tag:sometag and status:completed' always returns expected result. I'm use it as workaround.
My OS/browser: Ubuntu Feisty and latest Firefox at home, XP and the same Firefox at work. This bug appears with and without Google Gears.
Despite of any bugs RTM is brilliant service we all can rely on! Big thanks Emily!

I recently noticed some weirdness with this, but I was never able to reproduce it consistently -- thanks to your report we've now been able to track down this bug :) A fix for this will go up with our next update (currently scheduled to happen over the weekend). I should probably wait another day (not sure if the update has gone out for this one yet?) but I gets similar results when I do an 'advanced search' on a 'tag' and the search returns only the 'uncompleted' tasks not the 'completed' ones - even though the 'any' is selected in the 'status' box.
