How to add a Subtask to an existing task via Email?

Thanks for getting in touch. It's not possible to add subtasks via email, sorry. You can add separate tasks, and then group the tasks/subtasks through the web/desktop app.

You mean, drag them manually one by one to the "parent" task?

You can select multiple tasks and drag and drop them all at once, but I understand this is an extra step. Sorry for any inconvenience.
