Printing smart lists using dates shows the date 1 day before

asifm42 says:
I'm having some trouble printing smart lists.

If I do a search for "due: 7/24" and try to print that list, the tasks that are due on 7/24 don't show up. The tasks that are due on 7/23 show up and on the printed list it states that those tasks are due on 7/23.

An example:
If I have the task "Feed Kitty" due on 7/20. I have to search for "due: 7/19". The list in the app will be blank but if I click on "print" the new window will have "Feed Kitty (19 Jul 07, Inbox).

My settings are for

July 23, 2007 should look like 07/23/07
and the timezone is (GMT -07:00 America/Denver)

I'm in Houston, TX

Any idea on how to correct this?

asifm42, it sounds as though this might be a timezone issue -- would it be possible to double check to make sure that your timezone setting in RTM matches your system timezone on any computers where you use the site? If the timezone doesn't match on any computer, your tasks may end up an hour off (which can result in them appearing in a different day).

If you can check and let us know if there is a timezone mismatch, we can fix all of your tasks in your account to have the correct timezone. Thanks!

Hi Emily,

Thanks for the tip. My systems timezone is set to GMT -06:00 while my RTM settings were set for GMT -07:00. I've updated my RTM settings and now I can print my lists correctly.

Keep up the good work. :)
