Time Variable "Now"

My default list is a smart list that has "startBefore:Tomorrow" to show all active tasks. There are certain tasks that I add a start date AND time for (e.g. a task that starts today at 3pm but doesn't have to be done immediately). I would love a variable for start date/due date called "Now" which means TODAY at this time. Therefore, when I would look at my SmartList at 12pm, I wouldn't see the task that starts at 3. However, once 3 rolls around, that task gets added to the list and will stay there until I complete it.
Please let me know if this is possible!

I apologize. Turns out this does exist: "startBefore:now" and "dueBefore:now". Looked for a while and of course find it after I post :)
