Unfortunately shifting timezones aren't supported in Remember The Milk, so being in a different timezone may affect your tasks.

You can, however, update your Remember The Milk account to match and your tasks should show up correctly.

I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with this, especially seeing that there are 2 year old posts identifying it as a problem, and still nothing has been done. I just signed up for pro on a friend's recommendation, and I love RTM so far, but this makes it almost unusable in a lot of situations.

Sorry this causes problems for you. If your timezone is set to match your current location your tasks should show up on the correct day and at the correct time.
