RSVP to eric's party?

I had a weird thing happen to me last Friday (the 13th, no less).
My todo list looked normal, except that I had the item "rsvp to eric's pary" in my overdue list. The odd part being that I don't know anyone named Eric, and I damn sure wasn't invited to any parties. :-P
Any ideas? No one uses this computer but me, I keep my passwords secret, no viruses/spyware/adware/malware/badware/shareware/etc. OS is Win XP, browser is FF with latest updates.

Wow, that is weird :) If you can contact us off the forum then we'd be happy to tell you the information that we have about this task (e.g. the method used to add it to RTM, the date it was added, etc) and hopefully we can figure out exactly how it might have gotten there.
