Formatting off on iGoogle widget

bradb says:
Several days ago something changes on the iGoogle widget and now the formatting is off - that is, the text of the tasks overextend to the right and run off the right side of the widget box.

bradb, thanks for letting us know. Can I ask which browser and operating system you're using? Also, would it be possible to send us a screenshot of what's happening to [old address removed] -- thanks!

Same thing happens in FF2 and IE7 on WinXP too. All of the text/indicators show in the widget when I maximize the browser window on 1400x1050 resolution.

Any luck tracking down and squashing this bug yet? It's a tad annoying (imo) and I bet a lot of RTM users are using the iGoogle gadget.

Sorry still checking into this -- it seems like it only happens in certain conditions, so we're still trying to figure out what these are :)

Ah, I think we've managed to reproduce one issue that can cause this (no guarantee it's the same one!). Would it be possible to check if you have any tasks with long names without spaces (or that include URLs in the name)?

It looks like there's a wrapping issue if a task name includes a long word/URL without spacing -- we're going to fix this up so that these task names don't cause display problems in the gadget.

Check out the screen shots I just sent - you can see all/most of my tasks are long (a sentence or two) with usual, plain-english word lengths.

Thanks again for checking this out!!!
