Firefox crashes arbitrarily when

pekka.gaiser says:
Hi,
Using the main menu and tabs on Rememberthemilk.com randomly but reproducibly shoots down (!) my otherwise fine Mozilla Firefox. I am a web developer, use Firefox very intensely on a daily basis (heavy JS/AJAX as well), and have never come across this kind of behaviour before. After clicking the link, Firefox vanishes and the usual "Report this problem to Microsoft" window pops up. I can supply additional info from the error report if needed.
My system:
Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, SP2
Firefox 2.0.0.4
Extensions installed: Web Developer Toolbar, Lori
I work with multiple tabs
Primary browser language: German
RTM Language the problem occurred in: English (UK)
Have not tried it with other languages.

Otherwise RTM is a very, very fine product. Thanks, and keep up the good work. For professional use, however, I would feel more comfortable subscribing to a reasonably expensive monthly or yearly plan, instead of living in uncertainty and waiting for the day the stuffed monkey starts realizing it is due a salary and a health plan :) You know what I mean.

Best regards!
Pekka

The thread title should obviously read "Firefox crashes arbitrarily when using menus".

No, the last part of my initial post was bullshit. Allow me to restate.

Thanks for providing such a fine service free of charge. I have been registered to it for 24 hours, and it is already helping me immensely with my daily work. If there is a way to support the project financially - through a voluntary donation, or a paid plan - I'll be happy to be on board.

That's more like it.

Pekka, thanks for reporting this problem and for your feedback :)

Is there any chance you'd be able to see if this problem is reproducible when running Firefox in safe mode? This would help us in determining if an extension may be the culprit. Thanks!

I have the same experience. Any clues?

dylan_k, would you also be able to try safe mode for Firefox? If it works in safe mode, then it's likely an extension that's causing this problem.
