Try using the mobile site: "m.rememberthemilk.com". It's a lot simpler, and doesn't rely so much on the fancy AJAX/Javascript stuff.

Thanks for letting us know. We should be able to fix this up once we get hold of an iPhone (we're in Australia so it's proven a little tricky, but hopefully we'll have one soon :)

emily, are you guys thinking of developing a version geared specifically to the iphone like tadalist did?

unfortunately the same problem occurs when trying to add lists which appears to not be exposed via gears.

Oh dear, I want to hold onto my RTM, however the competition is mounting: iphone.vitalist.com, supporting iPhone and grouping of lists with re-ordering, etc. I don't want to switch because of all the RTM goodness... =)

Any way we can see what RTM is working on, so we don't have to wonder, or allow us to make a change to another system unnecessarily?

Our iPhone has only just arrived in Australia, and the first thing that we'll be doing is making any changes so that the main applications works correctly with it. After that, who knows :)

Sorry, we don't pre-announce features (as even we're not sure what we could be launching next week :) We listen to all suggestions from our users, but unfortunately we can't promise that we'll be able to add a particular feature. We especially don't want to disappoint anyone by making promises that we may not be able to fulfill. oh how I would love a more iPhone friendly mobile version, don't overdue it, keep it usable with edge, just prettier, and slicker

Toodledo has a nice one, almost nice enough to pull me from remember the milk, I hope to see something soon so I will not have to forget the milk (I'm sorry I couldn't help myself) Really though, Toodledo's interface is nice for the iphone.

For all you iphone RTM trouble havers, just use the mobile page, I know Papa Jobs pushed the "real internet" but you'll be much happier using well designed mobile pages, even with WiFi.

I say don't worry about making the whole RTM site work on the iPhone, but instead a great iPhone frontend, similar to the existing mobile interface.

one quick feature request for the mobile/iphone interface. I would like to be able to see completed items, status:completed search doesn't seem to work.

Anyway, I hope you choose to invest some time in an iPhone interface ( because clearly there are VERY talented programmers at RTM who could obviously get something nice to work. )
