Deleting offline cache/database

leigh999 says:
I used RTM offline as soon as it became available and it was great.

Problem is that since I first used it I have added/renamed lists whilst online.

Now, when I hit the go to offline button, it goes to offline OK. But if I shut down browser (or the whole laptop) and then come back to RTM offline it reverts to the old list structure and naming (including lists that I have since deleted). Odd thing is most of the new tasks are there though - just the lists are screwed up.

It all syncs back correctly when I go online (thank god!).

I have tried clearing my browser cookies and cache - is there something else I can do? Can I delete the database and where is it stored?

Using Firefox on Intel Macbook (Mac OSX).

Thanks lots.

leigh999, thanks for letting us know. We're currently investigating this -- I think this is something that we can fix on our end. Once we put the fix in, I'll let you know and it should be resolved the next time that you log in.

Hi

I don't know if you already did what you were going to do... but the problem seems to have resolved (for me anyway).

Just wanted to say what an awesome and elegant tool RTM is, and it's fantastic it was developed by a small aussie company and you make it available to us all for free. Congrats.

The issue should be partially resolved now, but will be 100% resolved once we put in a final fix over the weekend.

And thanks -- I'm glad you like it! :)
