Thanks for alerting us to this! It's apparently a widespread issue on Google's end. We're waiting for them to resolve it, but it doesn't look like there's an ETA right now. :(
We've posted an incident on our status page, which we'll update as we learn more, and post when the action is restored. (Updates are also posted to rtmstatus on Twitter.)
