Task date based on sub-task date?
bugsie says:
Is there any way to make a parent task's due or start date calculate based on the soonest date amongst all the sub-tasks for the task?
I'm thinking along the lines of a user being able to choose to set the parent task's dates or allow them to be set based on the sub tasks.
The result is the parent task only appearing on a date filtered list when one or more of the sub tasks have qualified.

Hi bugsie,
Thanks for getting in touch.
This isn't currently possible, sorry. Probably the best way to surface the tasks you need in your Smart List would be to have the subtasks show up based on the due date, but that may not work for you for other reasons.
I appreciate your feedback and interest here though, and have passed that on to the development team for review.
Let us know if we can ever help with anything else!
