When I edit a task with a repeater, does it alter all future repetitions or just the single one?

It's currently possible to control this somewhat, based on how the behavior works. Editing a repeating task will affect any future generated tasks. So, for example, if your repeat is "after 1 day" it won't generate until you complete the current task.
On the other hand, if your repeat is "every day" and your task for tomorrow has already generated, any changes to today's task wouldn't affect tomorrow's, but any changes to tomorrow's would carry forward when the next task generates (i.e. tomorrow at midnight or at the due time).
