App won’t open. MilkSync doesn’t work. No support.

On January the 7th, milk sync stopped working properly and the RTM app won’t load. Can no longer open web site account either. Have sent multiple support requests, and other than an automated response, have received no assistance or contact. This is so uncharacteristic of RTM, I began to suspect they had shut down.
