Landscape on iPad
zurbit says:
When I rotate my iPad (Landscape), the RTM App does not fill the screen.
When opening the application, a black band appears to the right hand side of the list & tasks (until I select a task and details related tot the task appear). When I then tap on the lists again, the task details are then replaced with the black band to the right.
When the device is displaying the application in Portrait, the task overlay appears a little more elegant.
Is this meant to happen when in Landscape mode ?

Hi zurbit,
Yes, this is expected: the task list is displayed at a fixed width and the task details will appear to the right when a task is selected.
Let us know if we can help with anything else!

To add to this thread and it’s uninspiring response, there is a lot of unused, unappealing wasted screen space on the iPad when in landscape. It seems like an oversight. I also use Things for some todos, and it is in no small part due to how gorgeous every pixel of that app is.
I say this as someone who has used RTM since the very start.
