Opening OneNote URL via Remember the Milk

Hi all, I am trying to open up a specific paragraph in Microsoft OneNote from the URL section of a RTM task. I right click the paragraph in OneNote, then copy the URL of the paragraph, and then paste it into the URL of the RTM task, but when I click on the URL, it takes me to the right OneNote page but it does not take me to the paragraph like it should. On the other hand, if I use Autohotkey to run the exact same URL, it takes me not only to the proper page in OneNote but also the proper paragraph, so I know this functionality exists. I am using Chrome browser, fyi.
