How do you divide work and personal lists and tasks?

There are a variety of ways to organize your tasks, but here are a few ways that most people divide them up:
* You can separate your tasks in lists.
* You can also/instead use tags or locations to organize your tasks.
* If you want to have separate views for Today/This Week/etc., you can create Smart Lists to have custom views. For example, you can create "Today at Work" with something like the following search:

(due:today OR dueBefore:today) AND list:Work
