nozomu.maeda, thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately the Skype client that we use for sending out reminders is a little unstable (there should be a new version of this client soon that should improve the stability). Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime. I should also note that sometimes the contact may appear offline, but send the reminders on time anyway (it will appear online when you receive the reminder).
