Minimizing RTM to system tray

Using the RTM desktop app ver. 1.18 on a Win10(64) PC. Before upgrading the the current version, RTM would minimize to the system tray. Now it won't and I can't find any setting to change this. What gives?

Minimizing the desktop app should minimize to the Start bar, and closing the app window should close the window but keep the app open in the system tray.
