All tasks are gone, how to retrieve them?

Since yesterday, when logging in, all tasks are gone. Refreshing the page or logout/login doesn't help anything.
This is a desktop issue (Win 10), the app (iPhone) works properly.

I performed a system reboot - and the tasks reappeared :-)
Strange thing, as I rebooted the PC already this morning, and the tasks had vanished after that.
However, thank you for the help.
I will try that workaround if the problem still occurs and get back to you, if that doesn^t help.
