iOS Notifications Never Happen

Um...confused. If I give a task to someone and they have their notification settings on, they're not receiving the notification. Only a number count next to the bell, but they'll never know it's there unless they open the app.

Currently notifications are only available by email or desktop, not by push notifications.
Push notifications are available for reminders but only with a Pro account.
