While RTM doesnt offer that feature yet, there are 3rd party solutions.
Have you heard of the app "IFTTT"? It stands for IF THIS THEN THAT. You give it permission to access your RTM and email accounts. Then you select or make the 'applet' that will IF you complete a task THEN send an email.
