Smartlist for Tasks less than 20 Minutes: Subtasks not showing up

I created a Smartlist with:
timeEstimate:"<21 minutes" and dueWithin:"1 month of today" and not tag:wait
The problem: I have a lot of subtasks which should fit, but none of them show up.
Is there a workaround?

Subtasks collect under the main task when they both appear in the same view. Is it possible the main/parent tasks are showing in this Smart List as well, so the subtasks would be under them?
