New tag rather than new list

Hello. When you add a new task followed by a '#' the default behaviour is to add a new list rather than a new tag - can you change the default behaviour to 'new tag' rather than 'new list'? I keep adding new lists by mistake when I mean to add a new tag.

Thanks for your feedback!
We don't currently offer a way to change that default behaviour, but I'll make sure that the development team gets this for review. Feedback is very important to us, and we review feature requests on a regular basis as we work to improve Remember The Milk.

Thanks - it's only a little niggle - RTM is brilliant!

When using RTM on desktop, is there a way to keep the List/Tag options open so you can add multiple lists/tags without clicking on the icon every time?

Thanks for getting in touch, lkmorris.
There's not currently a way to do exactly that but we might have a workaround.
When you add tasks and add a Smart Add command (using the symbol #) you can create multiple new lists or new tags or both, very quickly. You don't even need to save the task!
For example, add:
test #newlist #newlist2 ... #newtag - each time you add a #newlist you'll be prompted to save a new list or tag. It works really well and my explanation is a lot longer than the time it takes to try it out :)
Let me know if I can help further or in any other way!
