RTM along Youtrack/JIRA/etc.

I like RTM, but I struggle on how to incorporate RTM with other issue tracking systems that I use for work (must use them with my programmers dev teams).
I try to follow some form of GTD in RTM, but having most of my waking day spent on work where I track issues and tasks in JIRA for example, I do not know how to handle that and it makes my mind suffer :)
How do you handle such situations? Use RTM just for out of work tasks?

Thanks for dropping in a question here ssijak.
I'd be interested to know what the community say here. Certainly we know people use the app for work, for personal, and for both together and we have some suggestions around how you can utilise the features in the app - such as lists, tags, smart lists, start and due dates, and so on!
We have a full archive of tips from our users here, too: https://www.rememberthemilk.com/help/tips/.
This may help :)
Hope there's some more contributions!
