Adding a dependent task
fathers.heart says:
I often have a task that needs to be completed after a different task is completed but the first task has a non-specific repetition. Is there a way or can a way be incorporated that would allow a sub task to be defined within a parent task such that when the parent task is completed the sub task is generated?

Thanks for getting in touch here fathers.heart.
Absolutely! You are able to create a parent task with a subtask or subtasks. Then, you can set the parent task to 'repeat after', as opposed to repeating 'every'.
That should then allow you to achieve a repeatable list of tasks to get done each time you complete the parent task.
Another way discussed on these forums at times is to have a parent task and subtasks for a job or project. These are completed normally, and then if that same task comes up again, find it in the completed tasks and uncomplete it. It's less elegant but it does provide a way for a non-specific repetition for those tasks which come up rarely but will happen again.
Thanks again - let me know how you get on.
