Thanks for getting in touch and reporting this issue. This is not something we've heard much about, so we're eager to get some details.

Would it be possible to test this in an Incognito window in Chrome, where extensions, cookies, and cache are not used? You can find more details about Incognito mode on Google's site.

We'd be interested to know if that makes a difference or not; keep us posted!

I don't know what was going on but it seems to be working again now. I didn't change anything so maybe it was user error and it just took me awhile to figure out.
